Through restorative and yin yoga, Brianna helps students experience the power of the pause — learning that rest is productive, breath is medicine, and slowing down can be transformational. Her goal is to support those who struggle with stress, anxiety, and the pressures of modern life by offering practices that nurture both body and mind.
